The Culture & Inclusion Accelerator Program, presented by National Bank, offers organizational support to independent studios with fewer than 50 employees. This initiative aims to support La Guilde members in creating and implementing tools and practices that promote an inclusive culture.

The program includes various activities, such as workshops focused on developing new tools and roundtable discussions to plan their implementation. It also includes mentoring from studios with well-established policies and practices. Participating companies have the opportunity to develop an action plan validated by experts to promote an inclusive and safe work environment.

At the end of the program, studios benefit from:

  • A Culture & Inclusion action plan
  • A policy to prevent harassment, discrimination, and violence in the workplace
  • A mentoring relationship that continues beyond the program
  • A cohort that supports each other in implementing their respective objectives
  • Personalized follow-up provided by La Guilde to support the integration and sustainability of the action plan

Two cohorts, involving 10 video game studios, completed the program in the winter of 2024 and the winter of 2025. A third cohort will begin its support in the winter of 2026.
