Ubisoft Entrepreneurial Caravan

Presented by National Bank

La Guilde and Ubisoft are proud to join forces to create the Ubisoft Entrepreneurial Caravan, presented by National Bank. The only one of its kind in Canada, this support program is designed to accelerate the growth of Quebec video game entrepreneurs through an annual four-stage process. With the help of local and international experts, the program offers training, networking and professional exchanges, as well as a chance for the general public to discover the studios. With themes ranging from business start-up to marketing and discoverability, not forgetting the search for financing, independent video game companies benefit from a complete path to ensure the success of their entrepreneurial project.

The pathway is made up of four key moments during the year, in line with the development stages of independent studios. Initially dedicated to startups in Quebec City in February, it moves to the regions of Quebec in May to support the commercialization of intermediate and advanced studios, then stops in Montreal in October to propel the most promising projects. At the end of the year, all the studios get together to take stock of what they’ve learned and experienced, and to carry out actions of a charitable nature.

Dedicated stop for startup indies!

The Ubisoft Entrepreneurial Caravan made its first stop of 2026 in Québec City, bringing together 44 Quebec startups for a day of training designed to support emerging studios as they take their first steps in the industry.

This edition of the Caravan in startup mode is designed to provide startup studios with practical tools for producing and launching their first project. The workshops covered topics such as taxation, the legal aspects of starting a business, and several structural issues specific to the early stages of development.
