My name is Charles Doucet (CD), and cd-labs is my new creative endeavor. After several years in the AAA industry, I stepped away for two reasons: creative freedom and a deep respect for the player's time. I wanted the freedom to explore unique game designs and break away from the established recipes. My effort is to create polished, focused games that offer a fresh perspective and respect your time. My first project is Shower UI, a fast-paced puzzle game inspired by the universal frustration of mastering a new shower. Alongside my own games, I also offer my creative development skills for interactive projects as 'Side Quests'.
