Le Cercle des dirigeant.e.s<\/strong> is a flagship event that brings together executives from video game companies.<\/p>\r\n

Over the course of an afternoon, participants will take part in discussion sessions where they will have the opportunity to exchange with their peers around thematic roundtables on key issues facing our industry. The day concludes with our annual Industry Cocktail<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

This event is free of charge, reserved for executives and senior leaders from member companies of La Guilde, and limited to two participants per company or organization. In 2025, Le Cercle des dirigeant.e.s of the video game industry was highlighted by the organization of co-development exercises focused on meaningful exchanges between executives, aimed at identifying concrete solutions to real challenges brought forward by their peers. The day continued with a retrospective presentation of the actions implemented by our Government Relations Committee, led by Sarah Gougeon, Director of Government Relations at La Guilde. Our members gathered on December 11, 2024, for a new edition of Le Cercle des dirigeant.e.s, followed by the first edition of the Annual Industry Cocktail. First edition<\/h6>\r\nAt the first edition on November 7, 2024, industry leaders gathered to discuss and exchange views on the future of our sector. This first edition of the Cercle des dirigeants.e.s included 14 themed round tables, led by experts, and attended by nearly 160 leaders from our ecosystem. It was an opportunity to make contacts and share knowledge on priority issues for the future of the Quebec videogame industry.
