Ce programme offre des ateliers, des tables rondes et du mentorat afin que les organisations participantes cr\u00e9ent et int\u00e8grent des outils DEI adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leur culture organisationnelle et valid\u00e9s par des expert.e.s<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6365,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"classification":[79],"class_list":["post-5834","initiative","type-initiative","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","classification-incl-en"],"acf":{"page_rows":[{"acf_fc_layout":"text_boxes","row_title":"Culture & Inclusion Accelerator Program","row_texts":[{"type":"texte","text_content":"The <strong>Culture &amp; Inclusion Accelerator Program<\/strong>, presented by National Bank, and in collaboration with rhum - hr, <strong>offers organizational support<\/strong> to independent studios with fewer than 50 employees. This initiative aims to support La Guilde members in creating and implementing tools and practices that promote an <strong>inclusive culture<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nThe program includes various activities, such as <strong>workshops<\/strong> focused on developing new tools and <strong>roundtable discussions<\/strong> to plan their implementation. It also includes <strong>mentoring from studios<\/strong> with well-established policies and practices. Participating companies have the opportunity to develop an <strong>action plan validated by experts<\/strong> to promote an inclusive and safe work environment.\r\n\r\nAt the end of the program, studios benefit from:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>A Culture &amp; Inclusion <strong>action plan<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>A <strong>policy to prevent harassment, discrimination, and violence<\/strong> in the workplace<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A <strong>mentoring relationship<\/strong> that continues beyond the program<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A <strong>cohort that supports each other<\/strong> in implementing their respective objectives<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Personalized follow-up<\/strong> provided by La Guilde to support the integration and sustainability of the action plan<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nTwo cohorts, involving 10 video game studios, completed the program in the winter of 2024 and the winter of 2025.
