Jean jacques hermans appointed la guilde's executive director<\/h4>\r\nLA GUILDE DU JEU VID\u00c9O DU QU\u00c9BEC ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF JEAN-JACQUES HERMANS AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nMontreal, February 10, 2022 - <\/strong>La Guilde du jeu vid\u00e9o du Qu\u00e9bec is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean Jacques Hermans as Executive Director.\r\n\r\nJean Jacques has nearly 20 years of management and organizational development experience in the private and NPO sectors, including most recently with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce where, as Senior Vice President, Corporate Relations and Services, he led the development of numerous strategic partnerships and key business lines.\r\n\r\nMr. Hermans previously held various management roles in the software sector at Softimage, Microsoft and Kaydara, where he contributed to the development of audio-video and animation software solutions.\r\n\r\nChristopher Chancey, La Guilde\u2019s Chairman of the Board, said \"Jean Jacques' appointment as La Guilde\u2019s Executive Director follows a rigorous process during which he demonstrated the relevance of his extensive experience in strategic and business development, management, marketing and corporate relations.
